• Contact details such as Primary Phone Number, WhatsApp Number, and Email Address.
• Technical subscription parameters, PPPoE username, allocated IP addresses, and billing history.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly for provision of fiber internet and cable TV services, account authentication, monthly invoice generation, technical troubleshooting, and dispatching field technicians for optical fiber maintenance.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard database encryption and access controls. We never sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party marketing companies. Information is disclosed only when mandated by the law of Pakistan or authorized regulatory bodies (PTA/PEMRA).
