National Broadband (PrimeNetwork / Munir Cable Network) agrees to provide high-speed Optical Fiber (FTTH) and Digital Cable TV services in accordance with the selected monthly package. Fiber line installation, ONU configuration, and router setup remain subject to local optical fiber feasibility in Multan.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for each 30-day cycle. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month or on the subscription renewal date. Payments must be cleared by the due date to avoid automatic PPPoE account suspension.
The subscriber agrees to use the internet connection for legitimate and lawful purposes only in compliance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) and PTA regulations. Prohibited activities include illegal torrenting, unauthorized redistribution/reselling of bandwidth, cyberattacks, and commercial relaying without dedicated leased line authorization.
Optical Network Units (ONUs), set-top boxes, and patch cords provided by National Broadband remain property of the company unless purchased outright by the subscriber. Subscribers are responsible for reasonable physical care of the installed equipment.
